Privacy Of Your Resume
PilotCrew.com is a simple concept: we try to match your skills and flying experience with the requirements of our airline clients. PilotCrew.com does not offer its services to external recruitment agencies or any other third party agencies. We deal directly with airlines only.
Furthermore, your personal details and contact details remain confidential and are not disclosed until you are requested to an interview (and with your prior consent). Our airline clients are allowed access to your non-personal resume details only: your name and contact information are not disclosed: They only have access to your flying and related details. If a match is made between an airline’s requirements and your skill-set, PilotCrew.com (and not the potential employer) will contact you via email to elicit whether the available position is one you are interested in and wish to pursue further.
Corrections And Updates
Corrections and updates can be made on-line. In each of the records boxes, there is an Edit and Delete function which allows you to edit and delete your information.
Removing Your Resume
You may remove your resume details at any time by logging in to your personalised Members Home page and under the Resume Registration section, click the 'Edit' icon and delete the information as appropriate.
Alternatively, you can simply click on the Delete icon in the records box.
Data Analysis
In general we gather information about our members collectively such as areas of our site which have been visited most. This enables us to target areas for improvement. We do not disclose information to third parties about your individual visits to PilotCrew.com, nor personal information which you provide such as, your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
